Dr. Miriam Gayle, EdD, is the Vice President of Operations at Ori Learning, where she oversees curriculum implementation, customer success, and content quality across the company's K-12 emotional well-being and transition curriculum programs. Dr. Gayle holds four degrees from Nova Southeastern University, including a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Human Resources, completed in 2017. With more than 20 years of experience in education, she began her career teaching 3rd graders at a charter school in Broward County, Florida, and rose to become a district leader for the sixth largest school district in the United States. In that role, she oversaw curriculum implementation, classroom instruction, and school management across 33 high schools and served as a Union Steward for three years. At Ori Learning, Dr. Gayle leads the customer success team and manages the editorial review process for all published content. She brings district-level perspective to every article she reviews, ensuring that recommendations are practical for the administrators, curriculum directors, and special education professionals who read them. Dr. Gayle is a recognized subject matter expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion in education. She currently teaches courses for undergraduate and graduate students preparing to enter the teaching profession at a university in Utah. Areas of expertise: district leadership and strategy, special education and transition programming, curriculum evaluation and adoption, student well-being policy, school board engagement, K-12 operations, customer success in EdTech.
